  • How do I know my size?

  • How long do they last?

    Wear time depends on your prep, adhesive choice, and lifestyle:

    Nail tabs (included in your nail prep kit): 1–3 days

    Nail glue (included in your nail prep kit): 2–3 weeks with proper prep and aftercare

    Every order includes a step-by-step Application & Aftercare Card to help your nails last as long as possible.

  • Are the nails reusable?

    Yes! Our press-ons are designed with reusability in mind:

    With nail tabs, removal is easy with warm water soak with dish soap and olive oil, allowing for multiple wears with no residue!

    With nail glue, removal is trickier, but possible—use an e-file or nail drill to gently buff away leftover glue on the back of the nail for reuse. You can use the same warm water trick for nail glue, too.

  • What comes with my nail purchase?

    Every nail set of 10 custom sized press-ons includes a Nail Prep Kit with everything you need:

    - 1 mini nail file

    - 1 mini buffer

    - 1 wooden cuticle stick

    - 2 alcohol prep wipes

    - 1 cuticle oil

    - 1 nail glue

    - 1 sheet of 15 adhesive nail tabs

    - Application & aftercare instructions

  • Do you offer custom designs?

    Yes, we do! At Sage Lily Nails, we love bringing your nail vision to life—whether it’s a bold custom design or a simple colored set.

    If you have a specific idea in mind or want us to recreate something you've seen (including from our Gallery), feel free to reach out! You can email us at sagelilynail@gmail.com or submit a request through our Custom Set Request page to get started.

    Once we’ve reviewed your request, we’ll send you an estimate or invoice with pricing details—or let you know if the design isn't possible.

    Please note:Custom orders may require additional time. Allow up to 3 weeks for processing.

  • Do you accept returns?

    Due to the nature of our products and for sanitation reasons, we do not accept returns. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order, and we’ll be happy to assist you with a replacement or refund where appropriate.

  • Do you ship internationally?

    At this time, Sage Lily Nails only ships within the United States.
